Customer Excellence Specialist Customer Insight (m/f)
Responsibilities and Tasks:
Main Objectives of this position:
Key Expectations
Assist Customer Quality department in driving the HL 2023 Strategy initiatives
Support insight collection: Preparation, execution, data retrieval, reporting and analysis from Qlikview, Maritz, SalesForce and other commercial data bases such as:Setting up questionnaires for insight collectionCreation of reporting based on collected insights especially for our annual CESSupport survey execution such as translations with regions, access maintenance
Assists in identify best practices that can lead to improved customer experienceRequirements and Qualifications:
Essential Skills
Good knowledge of analysis tools such as Qlikview/ Adhoc reporting/ WebFocus
Degree/ Education in Finance/Economics/Mathematics/Statistics
Desired Experience- 6 to 8 Years
Structured and analytical work approach
Self-motivated and organized
Flexibility to travel at least twice a year to Hamburg
Additional Skills /Abilities desired
Experience in data analytics, preferred market researchCapable of translating data into actionable insights
