Job Summary:-
Configure our Consumer data platform to inject 1ST , 2ND AND 3RD party data
Working on the Data Modeling meetings and suggest data modeling to build the PII – Personable Identifiable information
Developer for Customer Data Platform across multiple channels (Web, Mobile, Salesforce etc.

)
Using Alcon ad data, a Data Management Platform creates pre-built, anonymous audiences
Configure the CDP to build a profile across a combination of known and unknown identifiers such as cookies, email address, social login etc.

Design and build APIs and highly available services that deliver personalized, real-time merchant data and data governance controls to internal teams at Square.

Work closely with other IT teams as needed to build event-based triggers for intelligent decision making.

Set-Up and Configure sources and destination along in partnership with channel owners / teams.

Build data pipelines and integrations that connect to other cloud services and third party tools as required.

Set-Up and Configure identity resolution, personas and segments on the platform
Ensure deliverables are produced in conformance with quality requirements
Ensure team adheres to Alcon´s CDP, frameworks and tools and ensure to implement Omni-channel marketing campaigns
Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Identify and Implement continuous improvement on current services by constantly capturing feedback, assessing team performance and conducting retrospective sessions.

Highlight/identify gaps in existing Marketing campaigns.

Responsible for monitoring all first and third-party data flowing to-and-from the CDP.

You will be the power user, continuously monitoring the CDP tool to ensure everything is functioning well.

Strong experience on Consumer Data Platforms.

(Tealium AudienceStream, Consumer 360 by Salesforce, etc.

)
Knowledge about Tag Management
Digital Marketing knowledge (Salesforce Marketing Cloud knowledge is a plus)
Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication (verbally and written) skills
Strong leadership, influencing and conflict resolution skills to drive change and business outcome
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to build strong relationships and communicate with a brea
