Looking for a Data Analyst who will serve as the go-to resource for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on customer data across all BG customer segments.

This individual will:
Serve as the in-house expert on all BG customer data, bringing together data from multiple sources to own and maintain a full customer database.

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, draw insights, and develop recommendations
Support both ongoing and ad hoc requests for data analysis and customer deep-dives
Assist in audience selection for marketing campaigns and brand activations
Through analysis of customer data and behavior, help develop customer segmentation strategies.

Identify key customer segments and opportunities to increase customer CLV.

Assist in ROI analysis of marketing activations to guide efficient spend of marketing dollars
Set up reporting (including Tableau dashboards) to track customer performance and marketing campaign/activation-level performance.

Report on monthly and quarterly trends in customer behavior, including purchase frequency, spend, top brands, category penetration, promo utilization and more across BGO, BGS, and BGB.

Partner with cross functional stakeholders including marketing analytics, data science, and marketing channel owners on requests for data pulls, analysis, and reporting.

Define new processes for data collection and analysis, including opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability.

Data quality control: identify any issues with data integrity and proactively work with the relevant internal teams to suggest and implement a fix.

Qualifications
At least 3-5 years of experience in data-heavy role.
