Job Summary:-
The Commercial Bank Risk India (“CBRI”) team is part of the Risk function for the Commercial Bank (CB) at J.

P.

Morgan.

CBRI works closely with the in-country Underwriters and Credit Executives and provides them with in-depth credit risk analysis of clients; as well as recommendations on risk grades and exposures.

This covers clients based out of North America for different Risk stripes within CB Risk:
Middle Market Banking and Specialized Industries (MMBSI)
Asset Based Lending (ABL)
Commercial Real Estate (CRE)
Job Description :
As an experienced professional in Business Analysis & reporting, you’ll interact with colleagues in various lines of businesses to learn about challenges and opportunities, and translate that insight into high-quality meaningful reports.

In addition to working on existing or Adhoc reports, you’ll help optimize and identify new capabilities.

While your role requires deep technological skills – including expertise in everything from data management to functional design – it also hinges on teamwork and leadership.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
Soft Skills:Communication – excellent verbal and written communication.

Role requires understanding requirements and gap to produce result .

Influence – ability to influence stakeholders and be a thought partner.

Ambiguity – ability to navigate through the ambiguity in our space and help define and/or firm up processes/deliverables as needed.

Candidate should be open to work in India evening /USA shifts.

Technical Skills:BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.

2years – 4 years expertise in SQL, Alteryx, HiveQL, Hue, SQL Server Management Studio, Azure Data Studio and Office Applications.

Advanced knowledge of data analysis, as well as the ability to construct complex data queries and collaborate with colleagues.

Working experience in business analysis, design thinking, statistical methods.

Experience in project management, including scheduling, and resource planning.

Working background in global finance or banking institution is preferr
