Party Reference Data is responsible for timely and accurate completion of reference static data setup and maintenance across various LOBs and locations in Party Central system.
Party Reference Data (PRD) is responsible for timely and accurate completion of reference static data setup and maintenance across various LOBs and locations in Party Central system.
PRD’s Business Intelligence & Analytics (BIA) team works across all capabilities within PRD to drive the metrics program, for the Hyderabad site and manage effective and efficient Stakeholder communication.
BIA also facilitates effective design of analytics and dashboards for all capabilities across the global PRDU organization, using tools like Tableau and Alteryx
Key Responsibilities:Operational Excellence & Metric Management – Manage the Daily, Weekly & Monthly Metric Performance engagement routines.
Define Metrics, KPIs / KRAs, coach process managers to improve performance
Partner with change managers to drive Business Transformation.
Contribute to the firm wide Strategy for the transformation of PRDU’s System of Record
Global stakeholder management: Maintain a harmonious relationship with global stakeholders, effectively syndicating on relevant issues, influencing to arrive at the right decisions
People Leadership: Attract, retain and develop top talent.
