The candidate for this position will be responsible for, but is not limited to:Support and coordinate the overall preparation of the financial reports (e.

, Annual Report/Form 10-K, Form 10-Q,
Quarterly Earnings Release and Financial Supplement, Form 8-K)Contribute to the quarterly and annual disclosures for a line of business which involves working directly with the business
partner to understand and collaborate disclosure information.

Participate in quarterly meetings with business partners and senior management.

Help ensure that the Firm’s disclosures comply with U.
