We’re looking to hire a Consulting Manager – Data Analysis, to join our KLAS Award Winning Payer Consulting Team within Change Healthcare.

This position will support interoperability and other data intensive engagements within our Payer consulting clients.

This is a remote/telecommuter position with extensive travel of up to 80% post COVID-19 travel restrictions.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Sales – Identify opportunities with new clients
Engagement Management – Guide Change Healthcare Consulting project team activities
Client Management – Develop/manage relationship with Client senior management
Service Delivery – Responsible for full time service delivery
Staff Management – Logistics/Set-up for (new) resources & participation in staff meetings
Internal Management – Assist in the development and maintenance of designated service line
What are the requirements needed for this position?
A minimum of 10 or more years’ experience in Information Technology with direct experience working within a Health Plan/Payor organization
Bachelor’s degree in a field applicable to this position, i.

, Computer Science; Management Information Systems, or another related field
Experience doing consulting engagements within Health Plans/Payors
Must have demonstrated experience as mid-level manager of an organization (health plan, consulting firm or healthcare system vendor) in regards to customer service, delivery of consulting service, and the ability to manage large varied projects and assist in developing a service line
Experience is required in project direction and management, IT, Business Process Re-engineering, and healthcare operations across all lines of business
Expert use of healthcare related Core Claims Applications or Care Management, and related Ancillary applications and all Microsoft Office software tools, MS Project Visio, and SharePoint
Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills are required
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
Master’s degree preferred
