The primary role of Analyst is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients’ competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.

To do this, one must perform the following activities as a Consultant within the firm:

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a cross functional QA team to provide end-to-end automation solutions to complex applications
Accountable to produce test plans and create test scripts/cases
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and developers to ensure test plans adequately cover all business and functional software requirements.

Estimate testing efforts, identify risks and reporting testing progress.

Organize large sets of tests into manageable test suites.

Analyse and dig deeper into test failures and work with developers to identify a root cause.

Work closely with Project Managers and Development team to deliver project releases.

Required Skills:
Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science
Should have 2-9 years of hands-on experience in automation with minimum 2 years in TOSCA
Experience in cross browser testing and web services automation
Should have experience in scripting and debugging in Java or other programming language.

Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, test management tools and processes
Experience of working in Agile software development methodology
Strong understanding of Software Testing Lifecycle
Good interpersonal skills and
