Responsibilities:
The incumbent is expected to perform the duties of Living the Unifrax Values of Safety, Ethics, People, Commitment, Customer Focus, Innovation, Continuous Improvement, Teamwork, and Speed and Agility.

Provides training and instruction to Human Resources and leadership as appropriate in the day-to-day application of compensation programs, policies, and procedures.

Collaborates with business in the analysis and review of job classification and reclassification requests; quality controls the job classification process for both existing positions and newly created positions, performing job audits as appropriate.

Researches and analyzes competitive compensation practices in the job market; contributes to established compensation surveys and/or develops and implements custom surveys as appropriate.

Maintains and updates compensation data in the Workday HRIS system.

With the help of HIRS, leads system configuration projects to enhance employee and HR user experience.

Conducts regular audits to ensure data accuracy in the system.

Plans, communicates, administers, audits and reports on the annual salary review program.

Works with Human Resources as appropriate to assist client management with organizational structure development, job design, and related issues.

Assists in the development, writing, editing, and modification of operating policies, guidelines, and procedures, as appropriate.

Leads compensation initiatives to streamline global compensation policies and practices.

Educates employees, managers and internal HR team on compensation policies, best practices and HRIS system management.

Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required
At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, minimum one year working in Compensation
Workday experience strongly preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment to complete projects.

Knowledge of organization structure, staffing patterns, and job design.

Knowledge of career development and career laddering concepts, principles, and processes.
