Responsibilities of the role
- Be creative and committed problem-solver using Big Data and Advanced analytics skill alongside leadership and direct engagement of business leaders.
- Responsible for leveraging advanced analytics and data to deliver analytic insights in several business domains (consumer, customer, digital, etc.).
- With a combination of analytical expertise, data and system knowledge and business insight, answers and anticipates critical business questions and opportunities and delivers critical insights to the business in ways that make significant impacts.
- Collaborate actively and effectively with other functions partners and senior management to accomplish project objectives.
- Participate in and lead analytic capability building program.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Eligible to work in Indonesia
- Top graduates from local/abroad university with proven leadership experience at school
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence others to take action.
- Demonstration of leadership in applying analytic techniques to deliver actionable insights from data.
- Demonstration of the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Collaboration within diverse organizations and teams.
- Experience with doing probabilistic modelling, know how to use R/Phyton/Knime, Spotfire.
- Preferred, but not compulsory, to have Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (Operation Research, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Applied Math, Statistics, Analytics, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
