Commercial Banking Client Experience is a multifaceted organization comprised of client feedback generation, market research and analytics, client journey mapping, complaints management that supports all lines of business in Commercial Banking.
The Client Experience Associate will play a key role in helping Tableau, Qlik Sense dashboard development that will enable producing client experience and feedback.
The individual will develop new real-time feedback channels that support business improvements and align those feedback channels to key moments in the client journey.
The role will support the most effective ways to gather real-time feedback, executing the new methods and working closely with key partners to ensure feedback is utilized.
The individual will also evaluate and implement new technology platform(s) that support real time feedback efforts .
Specific ResponsibilitiesSupporting all maintenance activities related to the dashboard on a periodic basis to keep the dashboard current.
Extensive experience in database and SQL skills such as analyzing and improving table performance Analysis and tuning SQL queries.
Has strong skillset in creating reports and performing business analysis in Tableau and Excel.
Strong communication skills to communicate analysis, findings and insights.
Produce reports of survey responses catered to different audiences in Power PointSupport additional client research projects, as needed.
