Job Summary:-
A bit about who we are looking for
As an integral member of the Operations team, the BSA is expected to support in execution of several strategic and operational excellence initiatives in the form of reporting and programs, with minimal guidance and supervision.

What you’ll do
Perform Cost and labor analysis on accounts based on time tracking data
Coordinate with Account teams to generate monthly invoices based on signed contracts.

Own the project code management for accounts – this includes creation, tracking and closure of project codes based on project duration
Maintain client contracts and SOWs.

Track cost and revenue against the appropriate streams basis the contracts
Utilize Business Intelligence tools to provide timely data and trend analysis to key stakeholders
Execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights.

Design summary, detail and dashboard reports to present analysis and recommendations in a concise and readable format
Provide structure and direction to the junior members of the team
Guide and coach junior team members on deliverables
Qualifications
Should have:
Experience in handling client account billing and cost analysis
Experience is coaching junior members in the team
Strong business acumen and analytical bent of mind
Structured problem-solving skills with a practical sense of what works in the given context
Strong sense of ownership to drive business outcomes that add value to the company
Ability to work & thrive in a semi-structured, fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively and operate at all levels with global, cross-functional teams
Ability to deliver results in a time-bound manner
Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels in the organization
Some level of program/project management experience
Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 5-8 years of experience in Industry
Experience in client billing, invoicing and/or accounts receivables
Experience in business operations reporting and analysis
Expert skills in using following Microsoft/equivalent tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
Experience in any of the reporting and BI tools like SAP Lumira, Business Objects, Tableau, etc.
