Minimum 15 years of working experience in handling Information Security related functions and at least last 2 years in the capacity of CISO.
Hands-on experience in managing information /cyber security systems and solutions and having exposure in formulation and implementation of information security policies and procedures.
A good understanding and hands on experience in the areas of security operations, cyber risk and cyber intelligence, data loss and fraud prevention, security architecture, investigations and forensics, governance is a pre-requisite.
Education Qualification:M.Tech/B.Tech/ M.Sc (Computer Science/IT), MCA with any of the following certifications:
CISSP/CISA/CISM
Key skills:
Key interest in Information security or Cyber Security and recent developments in financial sector.
Analytical abilities with ability to recognize anomalies.
Proactive approach with ability to take quick decisions.
Inquisitive nature.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Understanding confidentiality and privacy related issues and related laws and acts in National and International level.
Extensive knowledge of information security standards such as, ISO 27001, NIST standards, CIS controls and SANS guidelines.
Understanding of comprehensive security programs including tools, technologies, architectures, network and application design and policy aspects including risk assessment.
Understanding of IT specific requirements for financial institutions.
Understanding of security implementation in a Digital infrastructure and Micro-segmentation will be an added advantage.
