Job Summary:-
The primary role of the CCOR M&T Data Analytics team is to extract relevant data from line of business systems of record to construct test populations, define testing approaches and design and document test procedures and attributes in order to perform an analysis of the results relative to the applicable policy, rules, laws and regulations governing the lines of business functions.
This role will assist in enabling the transformation of CCOR M&T from a manual process based organization to one that will leverage various automated analytics tools and approaches to assess conformance with regulatory requirements impacting the LOBs and Corporate Functions.
GENERAL LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY:Support all aspects of the CCOR Data Analytics Testing team in order to help CCOR testing of policies, laws, regulations and guidelines related to JPMorgan Chase’s LOBs and Corporate Functions.
Develop and design testing populations electronically utilizing data from systems of record.
Identify potential automated data retrieval monitoring of key compliance risks/requirements.
Leverage a wide range of data analysis, machine learning and methods to solve problems.
Conduct data analytics testing and construct testing documentation in accordance with the firm’s CCOR Monitoring & Testing procedures
Deliver concrete analytical solutions to existing/new business problems using a combination of business understanding as well as available tools and techniques
Establish and maintain a consistent dialog and relationship with Compliance testing peers
Provide timely and relevant information through appropriate reporting mechanisms (scorecards, dashboards, monthly management meetings)
Engage with key stakeholders to support testing plans, testing methodologies, testing practices, and program governance.
Work closely with CCOR officers and other stakeholders across all LOBs and Functions to collaborate and share information arising from testing related activities and other testing related initiatives (e.
g.
, trends, systemic issues, control weaknesses).
Actively contribute to the continuous learning mindset of the organization by bringing in new ideas and perspectives that stretch the thinking of the group.
