Job Summary:-
Should be able to independently manage and drive Data driven Process and Projects.
Query data and merge information from diverse data sources to create rich datasets that enable Regulatory Reporting
Analyze data and co-ordinate with stakeholders to update records in database or support MIS reportingIdentify unexplored data opportunities for the business to unlock and maximize the potential of digital data within the organizationDrive automation of new and existing processesSupport ongoing technology evaluation process and proof of concept projects
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:5+ years’ experience as Business Analyst.
Strong technical, analytical, and problem solving skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Expertise in data analysis and trouble shooting.
Strong Database SQL skills – Oracle and SQL Server
Hands on experience with scripting or Python as scripting language.
Advanced knowledge of architecture, design across all systems
Knowledge of industry wide technology trends and best practices
Keen understanding of Regulatory Reporting and Financial reconciliation process
Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture
Requires close partnership with senior level business, finance, and IT staff
Assist with additional MIS responsibilities
Should be flexible with EMEA shifts
