Position Overview
The Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) Business analyst will be focused on data simplification across WLS.

Business analyst will identify and prioritize technical and functional requirements.

As part of the Small Apps Decommission project selected person would be required to analyze the application, understand the framework and work with the Technical teams to build the solutions(including but not limited to reports dependent on the applications) They will be responsible for analyzing the business needs for client and stakeholders to help identify business problems and purpose solutions.

Within the business system development life cycle domain, BA will work as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems.

The BA will understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirement and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

Core Responsibilities
Should understand the business objective, validate all the requirement of the project with the objective in mind and ensure that the final project solution is able to fulfill the objective.

Obtain and extract requirement from all the stakeholders
Analyzing Information and requirements related to Applications, Design, Rebuild and ability to connect the dots
Develop scope and high level data models and process flows and information architecture
Perform review of current systems and processes in WLS to understand and rationalize future reporting metrics and key business drivers
Use a framework to communicate program and project level details and timelines with employees within WLS and Technology organizations
