Position Overview:
The Wholesale Lending Services (WLS), Transformation & Simplification Leader is a senior position within the JPMorgan Chase Wholesale Lending Services leadership team.

The position provides an excellent opportunity to lead and participate in the newly set up R&D function.

The candidate is expected to be results-focused, visionary, influential and process-disciplined leader with a strong technical acumen
Core Responsibilities:
Responsible to lead and engage with cross functional teams in areas of strategic innovation and development of new products through a dedicated R&D team (located in Bengaluru, India) focused on design of experiments, rapid proto-typing and proof of concepts to deliver automated business solutions for our customers and global employees.

Job Description:Develop & maintain world-class R&D capabilities by being a change catalyst while enabling:
o Analysis of known problem statements
o Prototype/experiment with 3rd party vendor solutions
o Proof of Concepts to test possible solutions & tools
o Market new solutions & tools to product & process ownersCollaborate with all transformation product owners, technology partners, business stakeholders and with the larger organization, to define R&D priorities and explore new tools & solutionsDevising the Long-term Strategy for R&D to develop infrastructure aligning to meet investment plansEnsure all projects delivered, comply with required standards, regulations and processesEffectively communicate to provide regular updates to WLS leadership and the firm, including presentations, executive summaries and summary metrics
