Detailed Responsibilities:
Accurately complete all assigned jobs within the allocated timeframe and in line with specified formatting and layout standards
Take ownership of any discrepancies or areas of ambiguity in client data and seek appropriate guidance as directed.
Using this knowledge, develop understanding of common requirements in order to continuously improve service and quality
Receive feedback on audited work and apply this to continuous improvements in quality and productivity of output, developing capability for innovation and service excellence
Understand quality and timeliness performance metrics, within the context of continuous improvement of quality and service
Develop understanding of global & local, CB & CRE organizations .
Ensure accurately and timely delivery for required presentations, reporting and other MIS/ communications
Demonstrated ability to function in a joint, cooperative manner; share information with co-workers and peers and support department and team plans, programs and policies.
Support a teamwork/team spirit environment and present a professional attitude/image within department and in all company interactions
Qualifications:Exceptional systems capability including all Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and projects
Exceptional communication skills, strong logical thinking ability
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to deliver direct feedback
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Positive attitude and professional demeanor able to take constructive feedback with ease
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Accurate and attentive to detail
Ability to review and interpret information, consume it, and apply it
Demonstrated performance showcasing adaptability, flexibility and initiative
