Job Summary:-
ESSENTIALS RESPONSIBILITES
The Oracle Cloud HCM Analyst will be the subject matter expert and responsible for the delivery of end-to-end solutions that meet the business requirements of our Oracle Cloud HCM solution.

The focus of this position is to provide design, configuration, testing, and functional expertise to ultimately drive customer success.

This position will also be responsible for providing project management support to low-medium complexity business initiatives
JOB DUTIES
Act as Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert providing best-practice guidance on HCM business processes
Effectively work with business stakeholders to define and document requirements
Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions
Configuration design and development; rigorous testing of system changes
Provide inputs to the assigned Project Manager to ensure a comprehensive project plan developed
Lead and perform the identification, assessment and resolution of complex Technical issues/problems
Document and track customer product enhancement requests and discovered bugs
Work closely with the applications Support group to ensure proper post-implementations handoff; consult on complex production issues
Create and maintain system/application documentation (requirements, processes, procedures)
Thoroughly review monthly / quarterly release documentation as well as perform regression testing to assess impact to existing configuration
May act as the technical lead on projects
WE VALUE
A minimum five (3) years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management modules
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related technology field or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experie
