The business process analyst role focuses on supporting customers in assessing current state data and technology infrastructure and processes and supporting the design of their next generation data, evidence and engagement ecosystems.

Role & Responsibilities
Supporting Not-For-Profit organizations in discovering how to maximize value from their data and network assets
Developing broad knowledge of related consulting methodologies and healthcare market through the delivery of consulting engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities
Managing internal and external cross functional stakeholders to support partnership discussions with external organizations
Create and modify diagrams to represent current and future system data flows
Review outputs of previous project to develop an understanding of target work-product
Participate as an active member of multiple project teams
Assisting development and writing of proposals with senior support
Actively participate in internal and client meetings
Produce coherent notes from transcripts of client meetings using knowledge of IT projects and business process documentation skills
Using knowledge of IT systems and business process document standards convert notes into structured work-product
