The Red Hat Global Process Excellence team in our Finance department is looking for a Business Process Analyst to join us in Pune, India.
In this role, you will provide support for business process improvement across the marketing and development funds function.
You will provide methods, tools, and analysis for process management and improvement.
We’ll need you to contribute to the creation and documentation of future state business processes as well as the assessment and validation of current processes and gaps.
In addition, you will establish process measurement systems that align with organizational goals, while supporting methods of facilitation and implementation of standardized processes across global teams.
You may also be required to support the daily operations of this program and troubleshoot issues and concerns.
Primary job responsibilities:
Assist the product owner with identifying, articulating, and analyzing requirements, to include defining acceptance criteria
Develop business process diagrams using business process model and notation (BPMN) to document current and future state business processes
Support cross-functional process improvement efforts and the implementation of operational controls for record to report
Support global process owner and project team with business readiness activities and project tasks for process automation and improvements
Conduct interviews and facilitate meetings with business stakeholders to validate requirements and proposed changes to business processes
Support global process analyst in monitoring process performance and adoption
Analyze and document dependencies between new and existing processes and identify opportunities for improvements
Serve as a change agent for transitioning business stakeholders and partners to new ways of working
Assist in troubleshooting issues and concerns
Required skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration with a finance or computer information systems concentration
2+ years of experience working as a business analyst or business process analyst in support of a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) enterprise performance management system
Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills; ability to priori
