Job Summary:-
The Business Operations Analyst is a key role within the Business Operations Team that requires a combination of focus and flexibility, as well as a willingness to play a pro-active enablement role.

The role requires a highly resourceful individual with strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, integrity and a willingness to put the company’s interest above all else.

The incumbent is expected to support in execution of various strategic and operational excellence initiatives in the form of reporting and programs, with minimal guidance and supervision.

Specifically, the Business Operations Analyst has the following roles and responsibilities.

Management Reporting:
Model data in order to create reporting infrastructure/dashboards for business process management and data mining
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from underlying true needs
Execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights.

Design summary, detail and dashboard reports and management summary to present analysis and recommendations in a concise and readable format
The role is expected to evolve over a period of time with additional responsibilities added to the list above.
