What you’ll achieve
As a Business Intelligence Manager , you will be responsible for managing the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.

You will work with largely operational and manages product/pricing related activities on a daily basis.

You will will be managing a team of analysts who are responsible for a particular Line of Business (LOB).

You will:
Manage the internal customer facing role accountable for all aspects of customer & People management.

Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group/org
Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members
Analyze data and provides interpret and deliver value & impact to the business using Data & Analytics

Here’s what we are looking for with this role:
Essential Requirements
Should have 8 to 12 years in Business Intelligence with typically requires 2+ years managerial/leadership experience.

Ability to influence others to achieve results & ability to prioritize projects and/or deliverables.

Reports and presents business intelligence dashboards/analytical insights and recommendations to senior leadership and executives.

Allocates work among team members and provides guidance on a regular basis
Manages projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of time, budget
