Job Summary:-
Experience with gathering business requirements, using industry standard business intelligence tool(s) to extract data, formulate metrics, and build reports.

Experience with coding, query development, and visualization – SQL, PL/SQL, Python, Redshift is a must.

Designing and working with Fact / Dimensions.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, related technical field, or equivalent work experience

Amazon Pay India Analytics team is looking for a strong Business Intelligence Engineer to build robust data products that help our diverse product/programs teams (Everyday Usecases and Amazon Pay Products)

Our team mission is to build best in class datamarts / data products that endure and speeds access to information and insight.

As a business intelligence engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring stability of the reporting and also support on ongoing analysis needs of the business.

You will use a combination of programming, data mining and reporting platform ( Quicksight, Datanet) skills.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, has strong attention to detail, able to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and driven by a desire to innovate in this space.

Key Responsibilities:Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing datamarts, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc.

to drive key business decisions.

Ensure data accuracy by validating data for new and existing tools.

Own DataProduct team’s Platform and Infrastructure , maintain single source of truth across various datasources
Plan for performance and heterogenous datastores
Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation

Understanding of Cloud computing Basics.

Exposure to AWS technologies (S3, Redshift Spectrum, Athena, Glue etc)
