About the position:
Amazon Pay organization is looking for a passionate, results-oriented Business Intelligence Engineer.
Understand business requirements and map them to technical requirements

Build/Scale workflows to compute, process and serve KPIs in all domains and languages
·
Build predictive models and framework to compute down-stream impact.
·
Manage workflow tools and processes to ensure they are efficient, high quality, and scalable.
·
Own data for customer-facing features, including launch go/no-go metrics for new features and accuracy metrics for existing features.
·
Ensure data quality throughout all stages of acquisition and processing, including such areas as data sourcing/collection, ground truth generation, normalization, transformation, cross-lingual alignment/mapping, etc.
·
Analyze the customer issues at individual and aggregate level to draw key insights and inform programs and business prioritizations
·
Build and release models that elevate the customer experience and track impact over time
·
Present proposals and results in a clear manner backed by data and coupled with actionable conclusions

Work with engineers to develop efficient data querying infrastructure for both offline and online use c
