About the Job
We are currently seeking an Business Intelligence (BI) Senior Executive to join our team based in Noida.
Hierarchically reports to: Managing Director Noida, dotted Line to GBS KPI and Quality Measurement Manager.
Mission of the position :
Gather BI Partners (GBS Management, operations teams, GBS Quality team and internal customers) data and reporting requirements, understand their operational needs, and recommend and deliver on the best available solution based on available BI tools and technologies.
Develop understanding of the functional aspects of the verticals such as Finance AP, AR, GL, FP&A.
HR – Recruitment, Onboarding, L&D.
and Master data processes.
Be responsible for writing efficient reports by following the standards and implementing the best BI methodologies.
Driving maintenance of BI reporting (access and modifications request management)
Responsible for training GBS organization and driving BI (PowerBI) culture across GBS
Reporting lines and interactions:
Hierarchically reports to BI Manager Noida.
