What this job involves:
The Technology lead is responsible to drive the Technology implementation in Amazon account in India.

This includes collaborating with and coordinating site-level Facilities staff, Amazon IT team and with various vendors along with working with the Client to achieve their objectives.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
BI & Data Governance
Develop strategy and manage development & implementation of BI Dashboards & enable Reporting which will help client have diverse views of data and help in data-driven decision making
Help coordinate Requirement Gathering from various stakeholders and drive timely implementation of BI projects
Ensure that all the weekly / monthly reports are generated through implemented BI systems and aligned with client’s need
Technology Tool Implementation
Initiate, drive and accomplish the technology tool implementation within agreed timelines
To bring the value add in the technology systems through enhancements in the existing systems
Ability to work with Amazon global tech team to explore consistent technology solutions across Amazon
Understand the system architecture and guide the team for the troubleshooting
Ensure that the most appropriate technology tools are getting implemented at site for various purposes
The necessary proposals are aligned with Client expectation on deliverables
Ensure that all the latest tools are effectively utilized for the operation
Sounds like you:5 – 7 years post education industry experience, ideally in project or technology implementation role
Capable of identifying, scoping and implementing the initiatives across a broad range of asset types
Knowledge and understanding of BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlikSense etc.

Analytical & Data Centric approach in Problem Solving
Skills derived in vendor management or client relationship management role are highly regarded
Preference for direct experience or strong knowledge of the Facilities Management / Projects industry
