WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Business Intelligence and Analytics Platform Director will help lead the creation and oversight of a business intelligence and analysis group that will be responsible for developing, operating, maintaining and evolving cross-functional reporting and analytic solutions to support better, faster decision making across the organization.
Reporting Jon Ferris, one of the four global finance Managing Directors and Partners, this role will build relationships with key stakeholders and users across geographies, practice areas and business units to understand information needs.
They will lead the execution and operations of BCGÂ’s business intelligence and analytics hubs.
The initial focus for this role will be to build a New Delhi based BI&A service hub that will own and manage reporting, information and analytics solutions from conception (working with SME and users) to operations and maintenance.
In partnership with our business leaders, this person will contribute to optimize the platforms and define the tools and best practices to analyze, and present data in order to create actionable business insights.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business intelligence, data visualization and data analytics.
This person will interact with a wide group of stakeholders and will need to have demonstrated the ability to understand the information needs of a diverse group of stakeholders and translate them into the appropriate operations, maintenance and evolution of the BI&A hub.
Building a strong analytical team that can become business partners to senior leaders at BCG will be a foundational requirement for success
The role will work alongside the Future Finance transformation team to migrate core reporting and analytic activities conducted in the local geographies to the Center of Excellence (COE).
This role will work closely with the geographies and key customers to establish service level agreements and build a robust framework and process to triage requests and ensure timeliness and quality of delivery, while promoting operational efficiencies, cost efficiencies and maintenance and service improvements.
This role will also act as key part of the Global Services leader
