Job Summary:-
Role Purpose
The Business Intelligence Analysts role will support JLL Global People Analytics team initiatives by partnering with HR and business leaders to provide critical interpretation of human capital data, resolve complex data requests, create leading and innovative analytical solutions, and communicate information and insights in a meaningful and powerful voice.

In This Role You Will:
Create, standardize, schedule and publish reports and analysis for delivery to HR stakeholders and other customers within the organisation.

Analyze and translate data and trends into insights, compile and share analysis with stakeholders.

Influence and implement self-service strategy and promotion of dashboards across the organization.

Be the point of contact for supported HR leaders, HR CoE leads and business stakeholders in all matters related to people analytics.

Recognise and pursue research opportunities to solve meaningful business problems and communicate findings using visualizations and effective storytelling techniques.

Be a data and analytics champion, providing ideas, research reviews, and innovative thinking.

Contribute to advanced modelling projects, using knowledge of statistical methods to assist with creation and calibration of validated tools and predictive models.

Perform data discovery to understand data values and relationships in new data sources.

Partner with data analysts and IT to develop, structure and enhance the enterprise People Analytics data warehouse.

Provide project management support to HR Analytics Manager.

Education and qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of data analysis experience required.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a field of Mathematics, Operations Research, Social/Behavioral Scie
