Provide business intelligence consulting to internal teams and external customers, focused on automating existing business process through the use of the technology stack within Micro Focus.

Responsible for coding automated analytics through the use of Tableau and our Atlassian stack to maximize efficiency, transforming manual process into a real-time, data driven solutions.

Actively contribute to the company’s solutions portfolio by providing metrics guided by technical knowledge, presented perfectly on an automated platform.

Contribute to organization’s productivity by automating and augmenting existing business processes and developing new streamlined business process guided through the use of business intelligence technology.

Key responsibilities:
Creation of new dashboards to unearth trends, expose key information and capture critical metrics
Turn management requirements into usable, functional data visualisations to meet business needs
Developing, testing and documenting automation of business process
Developing our customer support portal and knowledge base
Diagnosis and repair of incidents within our software stack
Communication with internal stakeholders from our Customer Partner, Managed Services and Support teams
Managing information by ensuring feature notes are kept up to date and are complete
Participating in the culture of continual service improvement within the Digital Safe team
Education & experience required:
Demonstrable experience of building visualisations – taking data and creating reports to tell the story
Strong understanding of SQL based databases, e.

g.

MySQL / Postgres
Experience developing or supporting software (e.

g.

workflow automation tools or chat applications)
Familiarity with Tableau, Atlassian stack, or other reporting products
Ability to produce high quality, easy to understand document
