Job detailsJob TypeFull-timeFull Job DescriptionThe Business Intelligence Analyst’s role is (i) to organize and effectively transform business data across all functions and applications; (ii) to partner with stakeholders for discovery of business insights through data analytics, reporting; and (iii) to have a key role in supporting the analyses of daily operations and with project efforts.

The analyst will contribute to the data solutions pertaining to areas such as sales management, capital investments, supply chain, operations, and the support center with aid to all levels of management.

Responsibilities include data management, KPIs, project coordination, reporting, identification of trends, and presentations to senior leaders.

Key Position Responsibilities
Use business and data understanding to select appropriate modeling techniques for the situation
Ability to acquire and maintain business requirements including supporting documentation for data, reporting
Acquire business understanding needed to conduct analysis through collaboration with business partners as well as external research
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using a variety of techniques to meet business needs
Ability to work with multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Development of business information reporting, scorecards, and metrics
Development of desktop, reporting and process automation tools
Ability to communicate persuasively and resolve issues effectively
Willingness and ability to work independently and across a broad variety of roles within the team
Promote a winning culture through focus on corporate values and productive partnerships within department and across all other business functions
Prepare analyses and reports for presentations to executive leadership and company’s board of directors
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, Mathematics or related field preferred
Master’s degree or MBA preferred
5+ years of relevant experience
Experience with documentation, process mapping, SOP, audit, risk management and compliance
Experience in enterprise transactional systems
Experience in analytics, executive level reporting, scorecards, and visualizations
