ABOUT THE TEAM:
The RealPage (RP) Business Continuity team develops, maintains, and implements business continuity strategies and solutions, including business impact analyses, risk assessments, strategy selection, and reporting and documentation of business continuity and crisis management policies and procedures related to Business Continuity and Business Recovery, Disaster Recovery, Emergency Response and Crisis Management & Communication.
We work closely with our teammates across all RealPage corporate and business functions to coordinate and execute our business continuity management and incident response strategies and capabilities.
We work with industry-leading tools and implement creative solutions to complex problems and issues requiring mitigation and documentation.
WHAT YOUâLL DO:
The team member will work under the direction of the Director, Business Continuity, who will make and manage assignments along with the Country Manager and is accountable for the success of all Business Continuity programs within the Global Enterprise.
The employee must be a highly motivated self-starter, focused on providing program management and leadership in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating independent work skills and strong work ethic.
Duties include planning, executing, and implementing all business continuity, crisis management and risk mitigation project deliverables and business risk mitigation objectives with outcomes on time and within scope according to business priorities according to the Director, Business Continuity.
