The Kroll Chief Revenue Office, headed by the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), is charged with developing programs and processes that accelerate the firm’s organic revenue growth rate.

We work with executives, business presidents, service line leaders and colleagues around the world to promote and facilitate cross-referrals, assess sales data and reward colleagues for successful revenue generation.

In 2021 the Chief Revenue Office is focused on brand activation, acquisition integration and coordinating significant opportunities.

The Business Analytics Manager is responsible for all data reporting and corresponding insight to support Chief Revenue Office objectives.

This individual will report to the Vice President of Commercial Operations and collaborate with peers across Integrated Marketing, Finance and the firm’s other internal functions.

In addition, the Business Analytics Manager will build and manage a team of at least three professionals, each providing dedicated analytics support to a primary business unit of the firm.

Salesforce is the firm’s global CRM system and Infor/Lawson is the firm’s global financial system.
