Zeta intends to replace many legacy systems in use by banks for processing payments.

Banks need to leapfrog into an era of connected devices and omnipresent commerce.

We are looking to build a Business Analytics team in the Tachyon team.

The Business Analytics team will define and own the execution plan to enhance data-driven decision making across the business from both a strategic and tactical standpoint.

The team will be based out of Bangalore and will report to the Tachyon Head of Product.

Role Overview
We are looking to hire business analytics professionals who will work with various cross-functional teams such as product, engineering, business operations etc to develop and deliver data structures, reports and deep-dive analysis that will provide actionable recommendations for Zeta’s businesses.

We are looking for problem solvers with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and able to work on projects from conceptualization to execution.

Work with a team of high performing business analytics professionals, and cross-functional business partners to identify business opportunities, deliver reports and deep-dive analysisBuild automated data dashboards and visualizations to deliver business insights to the senior leadership team and external stakeholdersUnderstand business problems and provide data-driven solutions for those problemsDevelop data-driven solutions to add lift to key performance metricsInitiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidanceAssist with Data Models in Data Pipeline Development(ETL)
Who should apply for this role?
– Bachelors or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline – Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics etc1-12 years of experience working in data science or business analytics role (we are hiring across levels)Experience working with large amounts of data using SQL, SAS, R or other statistical packagesExperience in data dashboarding and visualization tool like Tableau, PowerBI or QuickSightExperience working in a Unix/Linux environment for automating processes with shell scriptingExperience programming in Python, Java or other programming languagesExperience in machine learning techniques like regression
