Your Role and Responsibilities
The delivery assist the Client and Delivery Excellence in driving Continual and Service improvement plans using different Quality control tools and techniques thus helping the Client business through proactive and preventive approach.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
Identifying and analyzing various business processes, working with various teams to identify better processes and better practices.

Finalizing on best practices and designing and implementing them.

Single point of contact for the process designing and implementation for process related services.

Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.

Translating the requirements into functional specifications & detailed plans.

Preparing solution design document, use cases, solution features and technical specification.

Performing business analysis and using technical resources and tools; understand customer business
needs and propose solutions.

Preparing use cases, system test plan and cost estimation.

Monitoring project progress & outstanding issues and ensuring the quality & timeliness of the deliverables; extending post-implementation support to team members by identifying defects,
inconsistencies & errors.

Ability to collaborate across multiple teams for process improvements and standardization.

Works with Green team members across the location(s) to improve and change the QA / RCA process by seeing if any solutions can be implemented or applicable to other locations/centers.

Communicate/lead/redirect the ongoing projects, prepares metric updates for executives, monitor team performance, generate reports, trends & dashboards.
