Your day-to-day responsibilities include
Understand customer issues and requirements and provide suitable technical solutions after an end-to-end analysis of the current application
Use knowledge and IT experience to review, analyze and implement improvements
Bridging the gap between IT and the business with data-driven recommendations
Build and maintain documentation related to business opportunities
Works in an Agile environment with stakeholders, and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risk.
Business Performance – KPIs: Monitor and report on performance of business, recommending corrective action where needed.
