Position Summary:
Liaise between Information Technology and business units to identify and address business needs and resolve complex Business problems.
Documents functional specifications in detail and provides direction to technical staff in development.
Provides project leadership for the development and support of new and existing applications.
Possesses and maintains an up-to-date understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
Demonstrates excellent communication skills throughout the interaction with all levels of the organization.
Provide support for user problem resolution.
Strong knowledge in Infor platforms with experience as Infor ERP functional modules
Understands business process as well as the technical programming to support Infor ERP applications.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must have Business / functional knowledge of one or more ERP, CRM, EAM, HCM, Health care and Financials products.
Able to visualize integrating products and suite of products attaining the completeness of the Business usage irrespective of technology or products used in integration.
Good understanding of technical skills related to Integrating products using API’s, XML , Business Object documents, XSD’s schema, open Architecture, Cloud technologies, Java, .
net.
Should be able to use the requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a projects scope, acceptance, installation and deployment.
Clear communicator (written and verbal), including technical writing skills.
Understanding of systems engineering concepts.
