Job Title: Business Analyst (Robotics)

Location: Gurgaon, India

Experience: 6 – 9 years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days (Not serving is also acceptable)

Required Skills:

• Process description and mapping
• Business understanding
• General understanding of automation/programming

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the creation of the Process Design Documentation (PDD).
• Provide input to the process pipeline and ensure that each process is described (including a business case) on a high level
• Record a video of the manual process and go through the video with the Developer to identify automation maturity, obstacles and issues that need to be addressed
• Describe the process to be automated in the document Process Description (including screen dumps, exceptions, operations planning etc.)
• Interview the Subject Matter Expert to attain enough information to document the process to the necessary detail level
• Document and present evidence of the benefits of the automation (establish pre- and post-monitoring of process metrics)
• Ensure Sign Off from both Business Analyst and Developer on the Process Description document
• If necessary, assist the Subject Matter Expert in testing the solution developed by the Developer
• Present and demonstrate the robotics capability/UIPath upon request
• Assist in implementing changes in the department that is being affected by the change.
