Your key responsibilities

• Work with Product Owner and other squad members to plan a global roadmap for the rollout of IPB’s strategic Adverse Media Screening tool
• Define granular requirements, operational processes initiatives, communication and training for the implementation of AFC tracking applications in the upcoming IPB locations (APAC, EMEA, Spain and Italy).
• Work with regional squads to plan and execute end to end solution delivery (e.g. cost assessment and approval, process and procedure change, e2e solution design, system development, integration and testing, organisational training, handover to RtB)
• Support the squad in vendor interactions
• Support Vendor Risk Mgmt and SDLC process in partnership with regional and shared services squads
• Coordination of execution across all regions/ locations and proactive identification and escalation of risks and issues
• Update & Maintain use-cases, test-cases and KOP documents
• Coordinate demos , UAT planning to validate user requirements and verify solutions respectively across the regions.
• Responsible for change management, which includes preparation and delivery of training and communication materials.
• Staying up to date with the latest business practices and technologies.
• Ensures compliance with relevant regulations as well as internal and external policies and procedures
• Sharing of lessons learned and best practices on Adverse Media Screening process and solution implementation across IPB regions

Your skills and experience

• Strong business analysis experience +7 years
• Anti-financial crime/ KYC change experience ideal
• Vendor tool integration understanding
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to coordinate and liaise with Business, IT, AFC, Agile and vendor teams across multiple jurisdictions
• Agile methodology experience
• Ability to work within virtual global teams in a matrix organization and across all levels of management and staff
