This role will be responsible for the process analysis, requirement capture, mapping documentation, design support, UAT support and BAU handover.
Following are the additional responsibilities –
Interpret business strategies and translate into business requirements and designs.
Clearly define and ensure continuity/traceability of the functional / non-functional requirements as part of the overall definition of solutions to support business needs
Document processes by working closely with operations team
Understand and document current state (‘as is’) technology / processes to facilitate optimum end-state (‘to be’) solution design
Support / manage the design and development of technology and process solutions to meet the agreed business requirements including management information requirements and mitigation of risks (via appropriate controls / reconciliations) within the technology / process solutions
