We are inviting applications for the role of BA, LMS Admin
Responsibilities
Regular daily operation and configuration of the Cornerstone LMS.

Knowledge of current technology as it applies to LMS software and systems.

Adhere to policy and procedures to ensure security and integrity of the LMS.

Collaborate with the client on training needs and opportunities for the expansion of talent development within the organization.

Analyze and recommend solutions to utilize Cornerstone to deliver training and track and measure performance
Create login credentials and manage permissions.

Manages course enrollment including progress tracking.

Create and manage Learning Objects
Generate assignment, completion, and any other reports
Create and manage training audiences
Troubleshoot common issues related to the LMS
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Excellent knowledge of Cornerstone and LMS technologies
Rich experience as an LMS administrator or in similar position
Technical skills including troubleshooting, and understanding of directory, file structures, and systems
Preferred qualifications
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Ability to work independently
Ability to communicate with the client and manage client expectations
