Job Summary:-
Responsibilities:
Function as an analyst to build the model, design and business requirements for CRM, eCommerce, Digital Marketing and pre-sales processes across all our channels and IT systems
Manage the relationship between businesses and/or functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance etc.
) and IT to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining the critical business systems that drive commercial operations
Collaborates with businesses and/or functions to define requirements and manage deliverable from project inception through delivery
Provides day-to-day functional support for business applications that support pre-sales process.
Proactively identifies improvement and/or “value-add” areas, processes, data, and/or IT solutions
Maintain and document current and to-be pre-sales process flows
Educates business partners on how to successfully engage and work with IT
Ensure alignment with global IT on global initiatives, lead and manage the local deployment of global and regional systems
Acts as the single point of contact for any local/global service incidents/escalations
To develop an environment which fosters a high-performance and innovative IT organization
Play a leading role in the creation and upholding of a management ethic and culture of personal and team empowerment, achievement and responsibility
Assist in other duties as assigned
Candidate Requirement:
Required skills, Experience & Knowledge
Degree in business/technical area or comparable education/ experience
5 to 8 yrs experience in IT analysis, design and implementation of complex CRM, eCommerce and Digital Marketing solutions
3+ years of administration and project management experience in a high-growth organization
Strong understanding of business processes and its implementation in CRM systems like SFDC, Eloqua, eCommerce and ERP
Analytical thinker, collaborative, diplomatic, flexible with excellent presentation skills and strong oral and writing capabilities; confident, professional and problem-solving attitude
Domain expertise in direct and channel sales processes and/or solutions
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
