ABOUT THE TEAM:
The Business Analyst plays a vital role in the overall documentation and development of current and future products for RealPage.
This position develops product documentation such as business requirements, logical data and process designs, user interface mock-ups, and product test plans.
This position participates in the entire product development cycle including database and user interface design, initial product testing, product certification, release, and training system deployment.
WHAT YOUâLL DO:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop high-quality requirement documents within a scheduled time frameGather requirements from both internal and external subject matter expertsAssist with identifying and solving design flaws and issuesParticipate in small team design sessions, contributing to the overall design of new products and product enhancementsOrganize, participate, and conduct product demonstrations as well as other internal presentations as neededManage and track product issues and enhancements using the internal tracking system and departmental proceduresCreate and submit weekly status reports to managementIdentify, recommend and participate in process improvement initiativesBuild and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal team membersManage tasks and tasks of others to meet the assigned project datesParticipate in product testing and certification activities including training system deploymentPerform other duties as requested
