Position Overview:
We are looking for hands-on, experienced business analysts / Functional specialists to spearhead transformation projects for top tier global financial institutions.

The ideal candidates would be aware of the BFSI domain and proficient in either specific areas of BFSI domain, like Transactional Banking, Corporate/Retail Banking, Treasury, Trade Finance, Channels/Digital Transformations, Risk and Analytics, R-Modelling or have exposure to leading IT applications in this space.

Work You’ll Do

Business Analysis for the Bank’s requirement

Requirements Elucidation, Discussion with Customer, Oracle teams

Preparation of Functional Specifications for the requirements.

for any/some of Financial Markets, Treasury, Corporate Banking and Retail Banking, Payables/Receivables, Risk & Compliance, Enterprise Performance Analytics, Insurance etc

Preparation of Functional/Business Test plans for Customization.

Functional Testing of the Customizations developed.

Adherence to Oracle internal processes

Working with different internal stake holders in Oracle

Working with bank and partners for delivery of Oracle Deliverables.

What You’ll Bring

Strong banking and business knowledge(Banking Knowledge / experience (Specifics) – Competency area and no.of yrs – – ( example FX, MM, Payments, Derivatives, Securities , Credit Risk, Trade Finance , Commercial Loans, Originations.

Experience in Core-banking/Banking platforms – Flexcube, Finnacle, Bancs, Kapiti, Bank Master, Wall street, Sungard, Murex etc.

Experience in Compliance and regulations like OFAC, FATCA, IFRS

Experience in risk and analytical tools and reporting

Experience in developing functional specifications

Usage of tools for story boarding, screen mock-up, work-flow depiction.

Excellent documentation skills

Knowledge and exposure to any of the following BA tools to support ( requirements management, proto-typing, work-flow, documentation, collaboration )

MS Office suite

Certifications if any in BA Space – ECBA,CCBA,CBAP, PMI-PBA
