Business Analyst – FAA
What You Will Be Doing
- Perform Business Analytic functions including, but not limited to; support of requirements elicitation, and business process analysis, change management and project support.
- Creating communications and presentations, facilitating meetings, tracking decisions/issues/risks, and supporting the team and senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Apply strong communication skills to build relationships, connect people, and support team members.
- Translate strategy into specific business initiatives and develop tools to measure and evaluate them.
- Managing internal and client communications and maintaining program knowledge management / tracking.
- Coordinating customer engagement activities on behalf of the client
What We Need From You (Required)
- 3+ years of experience supporting Management Consulting and/or Technology Transformation efforts; preferably in federal government consulting.
- Self-motivated, detail oriented, and highly organized.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
