Your field of responsibility
As a business analyst, you will be responsible for liaising with stakeholders to gather requirements for software development changes.
You will first gain a thorough understanding of business processes, and then capture requirements with minimal supervision.
After capturing requirements, you will create logical data models and work with developers to design a solution.
You will create the test strategy and guide stakeholders through the User Acceptance Testing.
Throughout the software delivery cycle, you will capture, manage and escalate risks, issues and dependencies.
The work is primarily business analysis with a little project management required.
(80/20 ratio)
Your future colleagues
You will be part of the Group Operations Solutions Analytics Dept.
This Dept.
is divided into scrum teams responsible for delivering a set of Analytics solutions.
Your scrum team will consist of business analyst(s), big data developer(s), UI developer(s) and QA tester(s).
Together you will deliver Analytics solutions, typically through dashboard products such as Tableau, leveraging data sources built on datalake or data streaming technologies.
You will be based in Pune, primarily facing off to stakeholders in the EMEA and APAC regions.
Your skills and experience
Youll be a good match, if you have:3+ years of business analysis experience
Confidence in performing high quality detailed analysis with minimal supervision required
Experience in creating data models
Experience eliciting and documenting requirements from subject matter experts
Confidence to disagree with and challenge stakeholders
Experience in creating and all other types of business analysis documentation
Strong verbal and written communicator
Flexible attitude, willingness to take on varying responsibilities from a broad set of B.

Experience within Financial services
