Job Summary:-
Overview
This role is subject to AST billing rates, productivity, utilization and total chargeability metrics.

Only billable/direct client chargeable employees are to be placed in this role.

Works on billable engagements to provide support, advice and guidance on the correct application of a services solution or technique.

Designs, develops and implements solutions by using standard methods, techniques and tools.

Works under the general supervision of a Senior Consultant or higher level AST employee .

Receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.

Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.

Assignments range in complexity from basic analysis and problem solving to developing recommendations for complete business solutions or technical applications.

Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

Builds productive internal and external client working relationships.

Works to improve verbal and written communication skills.

Viewed by clients as a consultant.

Performance is typically evaluated based on the quality of work product, verbal and written communication, as well as utilization.

Develops and delivers detailed IT solutions through consulting project activities.

Contributes to well-defined projects independently.

Provides problem resolution that may be non-standard within defined practices and procedures.

Responsibilities include problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment.

Identifies additional product/services opportunities in customer organization.

May participate in sales and proposal presentations, marketing and thought leadership activity in addition to completing ongoing team account activities.

Receives Industry-specific and core consultancy skills training for advancement to the senior consulting role.

Requires a minimum of 2 years consulting experience plus a Bachelor’s Degree OR a Master’s Degree without experience OR equivalent work experience.
