Functional Description
Prospect Acquisition is one of the largest investments in Global Consumer Services Group (GCSG) and Enterprise Digital Analytics (EDA) team creates central, scalable marketing solutions and analytics capabilities to accelerate growth in many core business areas including Digital Acquisitions.

Purpose of the Role
This role will be responsible for expanding and optimizing our digital prospect personalization strategies, spanning across channels (Site, Paid Search, MGM, etc.

).

Personalization has played a critical role in enabling profitable growth of prospect acquisitions, with specific focus on efficiency and quality, over the past couple of years, and has become even more important in the current times.

This role requires understanding of digital data, analytics/data science, and profitability (Card-economics).

The incumbent is expected to drive precision marketing strategy using world class
