Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst- Actuarial.

Responsibilities
Process Support: Ensure the quality and accuracy of that data for actuarial models, as per requirements
Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.

Structure large data sets to find usable information
Make efficient use of the data visualization tools for business requirements and decision
Execute quality assurance of data and support initiatives for data integrity and normalization
Support presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings
Support the data warehouse for reporting requirements
Researches and resolves data integrity issues.

Works independently or with other departments to solve problems
Support any new software / system upgrades and migration
Work towards creating data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.

Participates in supporting special studies and ad hoc analyses in support of departmental business and/or clinical objectives.

Create clear and proper documentations and maintain a repository of validation artifacts
Program/process Governance:
Ensure all process and project related deliverables include defined controls and supporting evidence meet agreed upon requirements
Ensure agreed upon governance practices are in place and adhered too – daily/weekly/monthly status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule
Timely escalation of issues requiring attention to Genpact leadership/Client’s process owners; create necessary action plans.

Execute project plans with efficiency and accuracy and contribute to model validation test plans, analysis support files, and reports
Liaise with management, internal audit, SOX teams, and the Model Governance Committee as needed.
