Job Description
Candidate should have experience in requirements gathering and documenting.

Should have experience in writing Business Solution and Functional Design DocumentsKey Responsibilities:
1) Liaise with the business team to collect, analyse and document business and functional requirements.

2) Analyse business processes, existing systems and requirements and propose functional design
3) Create Use cases specifications that can be understood by technologists for building software design and QA teams for purpose of test design, scenarios and creating traceability matrix
4) Liaise with development and testing teams during all steps of software development lifecycle to provide necessary support in understanding requirements.

5) Assist the team in any issue clarification required from business.

6) Change management support to the business and the development team.

7) Assist the business / testing team in UAT/functional testing.

8) Ensure that the requirements are implemented correctly during development.

9) Provide domain training as per the needs in the organization.

Skill Set and Must Have’s
1) Over all 4+ years of experience in IT industry.

2) Must have excellent and effective oral and written English communication skills to speak with both technical and non-technical personnel.

4) Should have understanding of the requirements engineering process
5) Hands on experience of collecting and documenting business requirements, use cases/Epics and business flows.
